Products can be warrantied for a refund if there is a defect in the material or workmanship within 30 days.  Items must be returned in new condition and packaged well for the return. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility. ScotWorxs is not responsible for misuse, neglect or exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity. 
Please notify ScotWorxs right away if a product was damaged in shipping or a item was lost in the mail.
